Pholcus phalangoides carrying its laying.

I've caught her and i've waited for eclosion of the eggs,

One month later (poor resolution cause small spider was really small for my camera) : here,
same eyes as their mother ! :)

More info about this bug on my website (in french...)

Nice shot, there!
Isn't it sweet how pholcus stay with their young? At least until they boot them out of the house when they grow... :XD:
It's a great joy to watch them with their offspring, isn't it?

Great detail for such a small spider! :D Such long loooong legs! :XD:

Note: Technically, being an arachnid, spiders aren't bugs. Bugs are specifically insects of the Order Hemiptera (identified by their piercing proboscis type mouthparts).

Thanks a lot,

Don't worry, I agree with you for spiders and Insects classification. The reason of my mistake is just a lack of english vocabulary. For me, "bugs" are all the small and enoying little creatures (and not only insects.) but I may be wrong.

Nice shot... I like the framing  and the focus is excellent!

... but what's the happy event!?! For me, I think that it would involve popping the top on a brand new bottle of RaidTM ;)

This spider represents no danger for men, but it can kill tegenerias and black widows which both bite men. So I prefer keeping them alive. :)

Wow! You really know your bugs. I don't mind spiders... as long as they're outside. Then at least they're killing a few mosquitoes and noseeums ;)
And one other thing that I actually like about your photo... it shows spiders in a way that I (and probably others) don't usually think of them - acting parentally.
